The process of designing your landscape begins with an initial contact with your Master Designer. The Master Designer appointed to you will take care of every aspect of your project. At your initial contact with us, you will have a chance to discuss your reasons and "share your dream" for landscaping your property, and what you'd like to see accomplished once the project is finished.

A retainer will be requested to further the process to preliminary rendition stage, Your master designer will be contacting you by phone and email for tightening up the details. Preliminary renditions will be faxed or emailed for client / master designer, approval.

- UPON PRELIMINARY DESIGN, WE BEGIN THE ARTISTIC PHASE OF YOUR PLAN

Your Master Designer will get this all in " blueprint ready " site plan format. Your conceptual plan is now ready for your bidding process. When you have your blueprint ready copies of the feature plans, and full renderings in hand, we move on to the next phase of the process: putting your plan into action. Whether you do it yourself or you're hiring professionals, we'll provide you with all the tools and resources you need. With your "blueprint ready" plan copies, we will itemize all of the plan inclusions in a "bid sheet" with pricing. Therefore, you will have a good guidline for choosing the right contractors' or subs for your project.

WHEN YOUR PLANS ARE COMPLETED AND YOU ARE CONTACTED, WE ARRANGE FINAL PAYMENT. MULTIPLE COPIES OF THE CONCEPTUAL PLAN AND ANY RENDITIONS ARE SENT FEDEX OR UPS TO YOUR DOORSTEP.
